# 2025 Year In Review

A Message From John Serafini

2025 marked a year of strong growth and execution for HawkEye 360. We expanded our work with the U.S. Government and allied partners, secured major contracts, and continued scaling our operations to meet increasingly complex mission needs. The successful launch of Cluster 12 alongside our Kestrel-0A experimental Block 3 Light further advanced our next-generation capabilities.

The year also brought the acquisition of Innovative Signal Analysis, strengthening our technical depth and growing our team to more than 400 employees worldwide. Following our 10th anniversary, we enter Year 11 with momentum, focused on delivering trusted signals intelligence and building on the progress of the past decade.

As we reflect on 2025, I am exceptionally proud of what the HawkEye 360 team accomplished in a year defined by growth, execution, and impact. We expanded our customer base across the U.S. Government and allied partners, secured major long-term contracts, and continued to deliver at a scale that reflects both the maturity of our platform and the trust our customers place in our work. This progress was reinforced by the successful launch of Cluster 12 alongside our Kestrel-0A experimental Block 3 Light, advancing our next-generation capabilities and underscoring our commitment to continuous innovation.

Another defining moment in 2025 was our acquisition of Innovative Signal Analysis, which strengthened our technical depth and expanded our ability to deliver advanced signals intelligence. With this addition, HawkEye 360 now exceeds 400 employees worldwide, bringing together RF expertise, analytics, and engineering under one mission. This growth reflects our commitment to building a company that scales responsibly, protects the integrity of our work, and remains accountable to the customers and partners who depend on us.

Following a year in which we celebrated our 10th anniversary, we move into Year 11 with momentum and purpose. We remain focused on delivering trusted, actionable knowledge, operating as one team, and continuing to raise the standard for how signals intelligence supports defense, security, and global operations. I am grateful for the dedication of our employees and the confidence of our customers and partners as we continue building what comes next.
