Todd is the Chief Operating Officer for HawkEye 360. He leads the company’s engineering and sales activities, driving innovation in RF data and analytics to address evolving national security challenges for defense and intelligence customers.

Todd is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in signals intelligence, space operations, artificial intelligence, and electronic warfare. Before joining HawkEye 360, he served as President of National Security and Innovative Solutions (NSIS) at CACI International Inc., where he managed a portfolio of mission-driven technology solutions for defense, intelligence, and federal government customers.

Prior to CACI, Todd held senior leadership positions at Raytheon Technologies, including Vice President of Command and Control, Space, and Intelligence, where he pioneered the integration of artificial intelligence and commercial software methodologies into mission-critical defense and intelligence solutions. Probert has a Master’s degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.
